Join us for a fun, one-hour, flavor-filled session where you can eat and learn at the same time! NECC’s Culinary Arts & Hospitality Coordinator, Brian Philbrook, will show you how to take your ramen from basic to brilliant with easy semi-homemade recipes you can make on a student budget. You’ll also get a quick intro to the art of eating ramen and a bite-sized look at the history of chopsticks around the world. This event will be held at the Artspace Gallery, Bentley Library – Haverhill Campus. Space is limited to 30 participants — registration is required!
