DESCRIPTION:What is “In Our Own Voice?” “In Our Own Voice (IOOV) is a powerful presentation that aims to change \nattitudes\, assumptions\, and stereotypes about people living with mental health conditions. Two trained \npresenters with lived experience of a mental health condition talk openly about their experiences and how \nthey have found pathways to hope and healing. Three short video segments include the stories of eight \nadditional individuals. Audience members have the opportunity to ask questions\, learn more about mental \nhealth\, and challenge misconceptions.” \nWHEN: Thursday\, October 16th\, 2025\, 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.\nWHERE: Northern Essex Community College\, Building C\, Lecture Hall A\, 100 Elliott Street\, Haverhill\, MA 01830 \n\nASL Interpreting will be provided if requested by October 11th. \n\nLight refreshments will be provided.
