Pentucket Bank Chief Executive Officer Scott Cote presents Northern Essex Community College President Lane Glenn with a donation. NECC’s Lecture Hall A will soon carry the Pentucket Bank name.<\/p><\/div>\n

Northern Essex Community College<\/a>\u2019s recently renovated Lecture Hall A will soon bear the name of Pentucket Bank<\/a> thanks to a $50,000 gift by the Pentucket Bank Charitable Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are deeply honored and grateful to have community partners like Pentucket Bank who are committed to ensuring the success of our students,\u201d said Jean Poth, Vice President of NECC\u2019s institutional advancement and executive director of the NECC Foundation.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are happy to support to Northern Essex, which is so critical to enhancing the education and economic well-being of the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire,\u201d said Scott Cote, Chief Executive Officer of Pentucket Bank.<\/p>\n

Lecture Hall A, which is located in the center of the Spurk Building on the Haverhill campus, is a two-story lecture hall with a seating capacity of 158 plus an additional five spaces for wheelchairs.<\/p>\n

Pentucket\u2019s recent gift is another example of Pentucket Bank\u2019s support of Northern Essex said Poth. She noted the Pentucket Bank endowed scholarship as well as its sponsorship for NECC\u2019s past and upcoming September Signature Fundraising Event.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can always count on Pentucket Bank to support Northern Essex, its mission, and its students,\u201d Poth said. \u201dOur Lecture Hall A is a valuable center of learning. It is used by both students and community members.\u201d<\/p>\n
