Hawrylciw Theater located in the Spurk Building on the Haverhill campus, 100 Elliott St.<\/p>\n<p>Play dates and times are Friday, Nov. 1 and Saturday, Nov. 2 and Friday, Nov. 8 and Saturday, Nov. 9, at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 at 4 p.m. and Sunday, Nov.10 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $10 for general admission and $8 for students and senior citizens. Tickets can be purchased at the door or through <a href=\"mailto:www.mvarts.info\">www.mvarts.info<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMuch Ado About Nothing\u201d is thought to have been written at the tail end of the 16th century as Shakespeare was approaching the middle of his career. It combines elements of robust hilarity with more serious meditations on honor, shame, and court politics.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7078\" style=\"width: 385px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7078\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/media-old\/2013\/10\/Paul-Kelly-of-Derry-NH-and-Matthew-Lundergan-of-Raymond-NH-newsroom.jpg\" alt=\"Paul Kelly of Derry, NH and Matthew Lundergan of Raymond, NH newsroom\" width=\"375\" height=\"250\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7078\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7078\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Paul Kelly of Derry, NH and Matthew Lundergan of Raymond, NH<\/p><\/div>&#8220;It is a witty comedy that ends with multiple marriages and no deaths. It chronicles two pairs of lovers. Shakespeare develops their journey with a rich sense of humor and compassion,&#8221; according to Murphy.<\/p>\n<p>The production will include nearly 30 NECC students. Many of them are enrolled in public speaking, acting, or Shakespeare literature courses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis play allows them to see and understand how accessible Shakespeare really is,\u201d says Jim Murphy, NECC theater professor. \u201cIt is a comedy the audience can identify with. They can see themselves in the characters.\u201d<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_7083\" style=\"width: 385px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-7083\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/media-old\/2013\/10\/Samantha-Wheatley-of-Lowell-and-Hannah-Heckman-McKenna-of-Salem-NH-newsroom.jpg\" alt=\"Samantha Wheatley of Lowell and Hannah Heckman McKenna of Salem, NH newsroom\" width=\"375\" height=\"250\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7083\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-7083\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hannah Heckman-McKenna of Salem, NH and Samantha Wheatley of Lowell<\/p><\/div>The set was designed by Susan Sanders, coordinator of theater, technical director of the Top Notch Players, as a suggestion of London theaters of Shakespeare&#8217;s day. The costumes are Elizabethan in spirit, if not exact replicas of clothes of the day.
