Technology Center:  Another Step Forward"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>President David Hartleb reported that the city of Lawrence and the state have signed the purchase and sales agreement for the InTown Mall building, located on Common Street in Lawrence.\u00a0 This moves the college one step forward toward building a health &amp;
