More than 50 Northern Essex Community College employees and retirees were honored for their years of service at the recent Employee Service Recognition Luncheon. Collectively, this year’s honorees represented more than 500 years of service.

“That’s half a millennium! That says a lot about dedication to our mission and why people choose to work here,” remarked NECC President Lane Glenn.

Employees each received a gift bag, while retirees received a clock engraved with the number of years of their service and their names. This year, managers of each of the honorees were asked to submit a few works about their employees. A collection of those can be found here.
