Join NECC Theater!
NECC Theater produces two plays a year, ranging from Shakespeare to contemporary comedies and dramas.
Auditions are open to the public and all NECC students, as are backstage positions.
NECC Theater offers a variety of Theater courses including : Introduction to Theater, Improvisation Voice & Movement, Acting Scene Study, Acting Theory & Practice and Directing.
NECC Theater is a 14x National Award-Winning Theater program lead by Associate Professor and Theater Coordinator, Brianne Beatrice. Beatrice recently received the ‘National Alliance of Acting Teachers Excellence Award’ in 2026 and will be attending The Juilliard School for the National Conference in June.
