Fall 2026 Orientation Kickoff Events

Greetings to our New Knight! 
Welcome to Northern Essex Community College! We’re excited to help you get started on the right foot with one of our upcoming Orientation Kickoff sessions. This is an additional, non-mandatory orientation event for all new students.  

Please choose one date to attend from the options below. The events marked Spanish will have presentation content and slides in Spanish and plenty of Spanish-speaking staff available for the rest of the event. The events marked English will be conducted entirely in English, though we do have some support staff who will speak Spanish available. 

Orientation Options: 
Lawrence: Tues Aug. 18th, 11am – 2pm, ENGLISH [El Hefni Building, 414 Common Street, Lawrence] 
Haverhill: Weds Aug. 19th, 1pm – 4pm, ENGLISH [Student Center, 100 Elliot Street, Haverhill] 
Lawrence: Tues Aug. 25th, 1pm – 4pm, SPANISH [El Hefni Building, 414 Common Street, Lawrence] 
Haverhill: Weds Aug. 26th, 11am – 2pm, ENGLISH [Student Center, 100 Elliot Street, Haverhill] 

Each session includes a guided overview of academic expectations, student resources, and how to get involved on campus. You’ll also meet key staff and connect with fellow new students.
