Studying Education at NECC
You can prepare for a career as:
- Early Childhood Educator (working with young children and families)
- Elementary education teacher (teaching in grades 1 to 6)
- Or a middle or high school teacher.
Our Early Childhood programs are taught in a Competency-Based Education (CBE) format. All programs integrate classroom learning with practicums or field experiences that provide real-world experiences.

- Behavioral Health and Trauma in Early Childhood
- Early Childhood Director
- Early Childhood Foundational Certificate (available in both English and Spanish!)
