To support a major upgrade required for financial aid, IT will begin a planned outage of Banner from May 30th through May 31st. Banner and related systems are expected to be unavailable during this time, with service restored prior to the start of the day on Monday, June 1st.
Access to email, Brightspace, and Blackboard WILL NOT be affected by this maintenance.
During this time, the following services will be impacted for students:
- Banner: unavailable
- Parchment: students will not be able to order transcripts
- Nelnet: students will not be able to log in to pay bills
- EAB Navigate: Students will not be able to authenticate.
