Academic Technology Assistants help through chat, text (978-709-1955), and appointments during our regular library hours. Learn how to master Brightspace, Office 365, and Navigate by booking a personalized 1-on-1 tutorial with an academic technology assistant. Appointments can be booked in-person or virtually according to your schedule and allow you to get more in-depth assistance through Zoom. Semester Kick-Off Success Events

Prep for Success Online Course

This one-week online course will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive online. Hosted on NECC’s Brightspace platform, the course provides hands-on practice with the technologies and strategies used in online courses. Whether you’re new to online learning or need a refresher, the course facilitator and fellow students will support you in building your confidence and comfort with digital tools. By the end, you’ll be prepared to succeed in any online or blended NECC course.
