Key Guidelines & Policies
- Professional Standards: All providers are fully credentialed professionals (such as through the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf) or have passed a strict quality assurance screening.
- Pre-Approval Required: All accommodations must be officially approved through our office before services can begin.
- Semester Renewals: You must renew your service requests every semester for both credit and non-credit courses, as well as ongoing campus activities.
- Advance Notice: Please submit requests at least one week in advance. Finding available providers on short notice is increasingly difficult. While we do our best to cover every request, coverage cannot be guaranteed.
- Confirmation: The Accommodations Scheduler will send you a confirmation as soon as your request is processed.
